them, leaders of large organisations risk sending a
conflicting and confusing set of messages to their teams.
Fortis, one of the UK's largest providers of motor insurance,
was understandably keen to avoid this type of "car crash"
messaging.
Triffid has worked with the executive team of this financial
group for the past two years, helping to align its vision,
mission and messages and finding engaging and effective ways

After one recent event for 80 senior leaders, HR Director Lyn
