Every day, local governments make a difference to people's
lives. Whether it's collecting the bins, supporting families
in need or simply providing the space to live, work and
play.

Yet, with the daily demands of meetings and paperwork, it's
easy for council employees to feel a sense of disconnect.

Triffid has worked with Kirklees Council since 2007 on a
number of projects, including creating teaching aids to help
tackle anti-social behaviour and most recently a series of
events to inspire and reconnect staff with their "customers" -
the residents of Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Batley and
surrounding areas.

According to Customer Excellence Officer Sandra Tully, it
seems we've made a difference too. "Triffid's wonderful
creative ideas and professionalism helped make these events a
