Marks and Spencer

Triffid likes meeting new clients. But what we really like is
wowing the client, taking on more challenges and becoming
trusted advisors, responding to a full spectrum of internal
communication needs. In short, adding value over time.

That's what happened when Triffid worked with Marks &
Spencer in 2007. Providing content for a road-show led to a
stream of subsequent work to engage staff on reducing their
carbon footprints, encourage more effective teamwork, improve
sales and service behaviour and shape internal events.

One particular challenge was to educate and excite staff about
the launch of a major new clothing range, whilst keeping costs
low.

Triffid devised and created a glossy magazine packed full of
facts, exercises and clear learning that aided implementation
and helped increase service levels and resulting sales.

Triffid continues to work with Marks & Spencer to develop
engagements across the internal comms spectrum.
